These awards are presented to students who have completed a minimum of 60 hours at ASU. To be eligible, students must have received a grade of “A” or higher in all coursework taken at ASU and have an ASU cumulative GPA of 4.0.

The Don and Sybil Harrington Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to academically outstanding high school seniors in Maricopa County to enable them to attend college. Science, Math and Engineering Competition Award (SMECA) 2006-07
Due to the generous donation by Mr. Ira A. Fulton, Arizona State University is pleased to announce a scholarship payable over five years to help offset the costs of obtaining an ASU bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, and construction. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who has fully participated in a regional or national science, math or engineering competition (e.g., FIRST, MESA, CARSEF, ISEF, MATE ROV High School Competition) within the past two years and who has been admitted to and will be entering the ASU Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering in the coming academic year as a full-time student. The Scholarship will renew automatically up to 4-years of her or his undergraduate degree, contingent upon maintaining a 2.75 cumulative GPA, keeping in good academic standing in the School of Engineering, and having full-time student status. The number and amount of the scholarships will be contingent upon available funds.

This award is designed to recognize excellence in teaching efforts for the undergraduate students in the Chemical Engineering Program. To be eligible, a graduate student must be receiving a 50% TA from the Chemical Engineering Department.

This award is presented to the outstanding engineering senior in each discipline. Rigorous criteria are used by a selection committee comprised of electrical engineering faculty members in evaluating each student.
